Story content is sent to OpenRouter under a Zero Data Retention policy; it is not used to train AI models. Credit purchases are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. We receive payment confirmation, not card details.
We do not sell your data, use your story content to train AI models, or run ad tracking.
Account data and stories are kept until you delete your account from Settings. Users may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected].
By creating an account or using SimFic, you agree to these terms. SimFic is based in Canada.
You may use SimFic only for lawful purposes. You may not abuse the quota system, scrape the service, share your account credentials, or use SimFic in a way that violates applicable law.
SimFic supports mature fiction, including dark, violent, horrific, and otherwise difficult themes when they serve the story. Explicit NSFW, sexual, or erotic content is not permitted. Non-graphic romance, intimacy, implication, aftermath, and fade-to-black are allowed.
The following may result in immediate account termination without refund:
Story content is AI-generated fiction. You are responsible for what you submit. Generated content is not advice, and SimFic is not liable for decisions made from it.
Every account receives starting credit; additional credit is purchased through Polar. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion, without refund of remaining credit.
SimFic is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may be modified, suspended, or shut down at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Material changes are reflected in the last-updated date above; continued use means acceptance.
Credits used to generate story content are non-refundable. Complimentary starting credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you purchased credits and have not used any, you may request a full refund within 14 days by emailing [email protected] with your username and Polar order reference.
Email [email protected] for bug reports, feature ideas, billing questions, refund requests, and privacy requests. Do not send passwords or other secrets by email.
